当前,高校针对高校学生干部培养和发展过程中出现的实际情况,以麦克利兰的成就需要理论为指导,激发学生干部的工作热情和内在动力,进而提高他们的综合素质并彰显其在高校中的先锋模范作用,具有启示性和借鉴意义。
