摘要
学生干部在高等学校学生管理工作中具有十分重要的地位和作用,是高校学生工作顺利开展的基础。因此,除了要严把学生干部竞聘选拔关之外,更要注重对学生干部的培养工作,关注学生干部自身的健康成长,坚持干部培养与明确角色定位、强化干部意识、提升干部智慧结合起来,走全面发展之路。
