摘要
利用光动力疗法(Photodynamic therapy,PDT)诱导细胞凋亡和细胞坏死,其细胞死亡方式与PDT的剂量有密切相关,较低的剂量诱导细胞凋亡,较高的剂量诱导细胞坏死.细胞凋亡和坏死的产生可能取决于PDT刺激诱导对细胞内产生活性氧的速度.研究结果对PDT细胞层面杀伤机制提供重要依据.
Photodynamic therapy(PDT) was used in the present study to induce cell apoptosis and cell necrosis.The kind of cell death mode was determinated by the PDT dose. Low doses could induce cell apoptosis, while thehigh doses could induce cell necrosis. Whether a cell died by necrosis or apoptosis highly likely depended on thespeed of intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation after PDT treatment. This study will aid in the un- derstanding of the mechanisms related to PDT - induced cell death.
