摘要
为了探讨竹红菌素光敏剂在光动力治疗临床上的应用,本实验通过激光辐照,进行了注射光敏剂后动物体组织形态学实验观察,并测定标本淋巴细胞转化率等免疫学指标,对动物体免疫效应的各方面指标做了较全面的实验研究。发现并总结了临床上的一些有用的数据,为注射光敏剂进行PDT治疗提供了科学依据。
To investigate the photosensitizer hypocrellin in photodynamic therapy of the clinical application, we carry out the animal experiment in specimens of animal organized form to the observation by a laser, and measuring lymphocytes transformation rates of specimen and all that, a comprehensive series of experimental studies in immunotherapy effects is made. Identifying and summarizing a number of clinically useful data, providing a scientific basis for the injection of photosensitizer in PDT therapy.
