摘要
童期长一直是果树杂交育种的障碍,近年对果树童期的研究不断深入,在形态学、细胞学、生理生化以及分子生物学方面都取得了很大进展,从童期的基本概念、童期的长短、童程的指标、童性的标记、童期的机理以及特短童期育种材料的培育等方面综述果树童期的研究进展,并对今后的研究提出建议。
The length of juvenile period is the obstacle for the crossing breeding of fruit trees. The studies for juvenile period of fruit trees had been further improved in recent years. It had made great progress in morphology, cytology, physiology and biochemistry, as well as moleeular biology. The advances of research on juvenile period, covering the concepts, length of juvenile period, index of juvenile span, performance of juvenile trait, mechanism and cultivation of breeding materials with extremely short juvenile period, and also made a suggestion for further study.
