摘要
在所试浓度范围内,PP333、IBA、NAA、CEPA、KH2PO4等5种药剂(化肥)均不能明显地增加雄花枝比例。但PP333和KH2PO4能明显地增加板栗混合花枝比例,提高雌雄花序之比。CEPA能明显地降低混合花枝比例和雌雄花序之比。500mg·L-1的IBA能提高混合花枝的比例,而1000mg·L-1的IBA则降低混合花枝的比例;500mg·L-1的IBA增加雌花序比例的效果不明显,1000mg·L-1的IBA还有降低雌花序比例的作用。NAA对板栗花枝类型和花性别分化的调控作用均不明显。
Different concentration of PP333,IBA,NAA,CEPA and KH2PO4 can not increase the ratio of male flower shoot.PP333 and KH2PO4 can increase the ratio of mixture flower shoot apparently,improve the ratio of female and male flower.CEPA can decrese the ratio of mixture flower shwt and the ratio of female and male flower apparently.500 mg·L-1 IBA can also increase the ratio of mixture flower shoot,but can not increase the ratio of female and male flower apparently.While 1 000 mg·L-1 IBA can decrease the ratio of mixture flower shoot and ratio of female and make flower.The effect of NAA on type of flower shoot and sex differentiation of flower in chestnut is not outstanding.
