摘要
木本果树在开花前需要经历较长的童期,这是缩短育种年限和实现早期丰产的限制因素。花芽分化是木本果树童期结束向生殖生长转变的标志,由许多开花基因共同控制,了解这些基因的功能有助于缩短果树童期、提高育种效率。就近年来研究较多的几个重要开花基因的研究进展进行了阐述,并针对存在的问题提出了建议和展望。
Woody fruit crops needs to experience a long juvenile phase before blossom, this is the limiting factor of shortening the breeding period and realizing early high yield. Flower bud differentiation, common controlled by many flowering genes, is a sign of finishing juvenile phase and transition to reproductive growth. Understanding the function of these genes is helpful to shorten juvenile phase of fruit crops and improve breeding efficiency. In this paper, the recent research progress of several important flowering genes in woody fruit crops were described, the existing problems and the research prospects were also discussed.
