摘要
根据萌芽米的特性,研究了工厂化加工工艺,研制开发出适合萌芽米工厂化生产的关键设备。浸种催芽采用一体化智能仪表控制的冷热水循环系统,保证了催芽的恒温效果;芽体钝化采用高温高压的蒸汽,既保证了酶体的快速灭活,又起到灭菌的效果;干燥采用温室型太阳能干燥,既节能又保证萌芽米的商品性。经生产试验结果表明,设备的性能符合萌芽米的工业化生产要求。
Based on the characteristics of rice seeds, this study analyzes industrial processing technique, and develops the key equipment for the germination rice plant production. Soaking and pregermination adopt cold and hot water circulating system with integrated intelligent instrument control, which ensures the germination temperature effect; buds passivation uses high temperature and high pressure steam, which ensures that enzyme body can be fast inactivation, and has the sterilization effect; drying uses the greenhouse type solar drying, which can save energy and ensure bud rice commodity. The production test results show that the performance of ecmiDment conforms to industrialized production requirement with bud rice.
