摘要
对本实验室合成的胶原多肽基表面活性剂(CBS)的结构、表面特性、眼粘膜刺激性和生物降解性进行研究。试验结果显示,CBS的合成符合Schotten-Baumann反应机理。CBS具有良好的表面性能,它的临界胶束浓度为0.66g/L,在此浓度下水溶液的表面张力为35.85mN/m,pc_20值(使水的表面张力降低20mN/m所需浓度对数的负数)为0.85g/L。在眼粘膜刺激试验中,CBS产生50%溶血所需的浓度为823.8μg/mL,溶血/失旋率为32.18,属于轻微刺激性表面活性剂。在生物降解试验中,CBS水溶液(250~1000mg/L)的BOD_5/COD值均大于0.45,表明胶原多肽基表面活性剂具有良好的生物降解性。
The structure of collagen - peptide based surfactant (CBS) prepared in our laboratory was characterized by FT - IR, and its surface property, potential ocular irritation and biodegradability were determined. The results show that the synthesis of CBS is based on the mechanism of Sehotten - Baumann reaction. The CBS exhibites good surface property, and its critical mieelle concentration (cmc), surface tension at cme (γcmc) and pc20 ( -log C20, C20 being the concentration required to lower the surface tension of water by 20raN/m) were 0.66g/L, 35.85mN/m and 0.85g/L, respectively. The potential ocular irritation a- nalysis shows that the concentration of CBS leading to 50% hemolysis (HC50) is 823.8}xg/mL and the lysis / denaturation ratio (L/D) of CBS is 32.1, which implies that CBS is a low potential ocular irritation surfactant. In addition, the biodegradation experiment indicates that the BODs/COD value of tested CBS solutions (250- 1 000mg/L) is higher than 0.45, suggesting a good biodegradation of CBS.
