摘要
当今社会,图书馆员与外国读者的交流日益频繁。简要分析了中外文化差异,提出了提高跨文化交际能力的措施,以进一步提高图书馆的读者服务水平。
In today＇s society, the communication between librarians and foreign readers is increasingly frequent. This paper briefly analyzes the differences between Chinese culture and foreign culture, puts forward some measures for enhancing the ability of cross-cultural communication for the purpose of improving the quality of library＇ s reader service.
