摘要
检索2001年至2011年Medline、PubMed及CNKI期刊全文数据库检索系统与Wnt信号通路及肺癌干细胞相关的中、英文文献发现,Wnt信号主要通过Wnt经典信号传导途径、Wnt-Ca2+途径、Wnt-细胞平面极化途径在细胞中起作用。作为Wnt信号通路中最关键的通道传递分子,Wnt/β-catenin信号通路在维持肺癌干细胞的增殖和克隆形成方面发挥着重要作用,通过对关键蛋白的影响抑制肺癌干细胞增殖,为肺癌的治疗提供了新路径。
By studying a total of 31 papers searched with lung cancer stem cells and Wnt pathway as key words in Medline,Pubmed and CNKI databases from 2001 to 2011,we found that the Wnt pathway played its role in cell through the following three channels:Wnt classical signaling pathway,Wnt-Ca2+pathway and the Wnt-cell plane polarization.As the most critical signaling moleculein the Wnt pathway,the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway plays an important role in maintaining the cell proliferation and clone formation of lung cancer stem cells,which can restrain the proliferation of lung cancer stem cells by influencing key protein.It provides anew method in the treatment of lung cancer.
