摘要
目的:探讨DKK-1(Dickkopf-1)和β-catenin在非小细胞肺癌(Non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)中的表达及其相关性。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测60例NSCLC组织中DKK-1和β-catenin表达情况,并结合肺癌的临床病理特征进行分析。结果:在60例NSCLC病理组织中,DKK-1阳性表达率和β-catenin异常表达率分别为25.0%(15/60)和71.7%(43/60)。DKK-1的表达在肿瘤的分化程度、临床分期及淋巴结转移等方面有显著差异(P<0.05);β-catenin的表达在肿瘤的分化程度方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在NSCLC中DKK-1和β-catenin的表达存在关联性(P<0.05)。结论:DKK-1的表达缺失可能在NSCLC的发生、发展中发挥一定的作用,它对β-catenin的影响可能是其发挥作用的机制之一。
Objective:To investigate the expression of DKK-1 and β-catenin in non-small cell lung cancer and their correlation.Methods:The expression of DKK-1 and β-catenin were detected in pathological tissue sections from 60 patinets with non-small cell lung cancer by immunohistochemical SP method,and their clinical pathological features were analyzed statistically.Results:The positive expression rate of DKK-1 and the abnormal expression rate of β-catenin in non-small cell lung cancer tissue sections were 25.0%(15/60) and 71.7%(43/60),respectively.The expression of DKK-1 was significantly associated with the degree of tumour differentiation,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P〈0.05).The expression of β-catenin was significantly associated with the degree of tumour differentiation(P〈0.05).There was association between the expression of DKK-1 and β-catenin in non-small cell lung cancer(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The loss expression of DKK-1 may contribute to the progress of non-small cell lung cancer.Its effect on β-catenin may be one of the pathways for it to work.
