摘要
肺癌是严重威胁人类生命和健康的恶性肿瘤之一肿瘤干细胞学说的提出为肺癌研究提供了一个新的思路。多项实验研究已证实了肺癌干细胞的存在。对肺癌干细胞的影响机制的研究日益增多,目前研究主要围绕微环境调控、信号转导机制、细胞因子作用等进行。对肺癌干细胞的影响机制的研究。
Lung cancer is one of the most severe malignant tumors that threaten human health and life. The cancer stem cell theory provides a new research pathway in the field of lung cancer study. The existence of lung cancer stem cells has been confirmed in a few experimental studies. There is an increasing number of studies on the influencing mechanism of lung cancer stem cells, mainly including micro-circumstance regulation, signal transduction mechanisms, and cytokines, bringing new hope for more effective treatments.
