应用蛋白质芯片技术在人血清中发现肾癌差异蛋白 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究肾癌患者手术前血清与对照人群血清的蛋白质差异及其临床意义。方法采用蛋白质芯片CM10技术鉴定40例肾癌患者(肾癌组)手术前血清与40例正常人(对照组)血清的蛋白质质谱的差异。结果两组质谱显示初步筛出质荷比在1 038、1 568、1 723、7 976、8 058、1 5 940、1 545、16 107、1 433、1 701、1 500共11个蛋白峰有明显差异,其敏感性为88.95%,特异性为83.68%。结论肾癌特异性蛋白质的发现,对进一步研究其发生机理及临床特异性标记物的发现有重要的意义。 Objective To explore the distinct protein from serum between renal cell carcinoma line and nor mal kidney cell line. Methods The protein spectra of 40 samples from renal cell carcinoma patients and an other 40 samples taken from the non--renal cell carcinoma patients were analyzed by CM 10 protein chip. Results 40 cases preoperative patients were compared with normal control group. Rude screening 11 m/z peaks at 1 038, 1 568, 1 723, 7 976, 8 058, 15 940, 1 545, 16 107, 1 433, 1 701, 1 500 with a specificity of 83.68% and a sensitivity of 88.95%. Conclusion Detection of specific protein in kidney cancer is signif- icant for study on cancer development mechanism of clinical specific biomarkers.
