肾癌患者自体树突状细胞的体外诱导和扩增 被引量:1

摘要 目的体外诱导和扩增肾癌患者自体树突状细胞。方法采用密度梯度离心法,从肾癌患者外周血单核细胞中诱导树突状细胞,用rhGM-CSF和rhIL-4刺激活化,倒置显微镜观察细胞形态。结果从肾癌患者外周血中成功诱导树突状细胞,镜下观察为典型的树突状细胞形成特征。结论从肾癌患者外周血中可诱导和扩增树突状细胞,为以DC为基础的肿瘤疫苗在肾癌中的应用打下基础。
