摘要
以番茄、菠菜、青菜、茼蒿、生菜、和白菜种子为材料,研究了植物源蜕皮激素对几种蔬菜种子的萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,20-羟基蜕皮酮(20 E)对供试种子的萌发没有明显的影响,番茄、生菜和白菜幼苗对20 E处理表现出幼苗生长形态发生变化,地上部分芽生长受抑制,促进了地下部分根伸长,20 E这种效应类似于乙烯的三重反应。
Used seeds of tomato ( Lycopersicum esculentum), spinach ( Spinacia oleracea ), green vegetable ( Brassica chinensis), crown daisy ( Chrysanthemum coronarium), Chinese cabbage (Brassica pekinensis ) and lettuce ( Lactuca sativa) as the materials, effect of 20-hydroxyecdysone (20 E) on the germination of vegetable seeds and seedling growth was studied. The results showed that the seeds germination was not significantly affected by 20 E. but the morphology of Chinese suppressed and root elongation was cabbage changed significantly under treatment with 20 E, shoot growth was promoted. This phenomenon was similar to ethylene "triple response".
