摘要
研究了外源乙烯对不同浓度盐(NaCl)胁迫下番茄种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:施加外源乙烯(>5 mmol/L)抑制番茄幼苗的生长,加重了幼苗受盐胁迫伤害的程度,幼苗体内游离脯氨酸的含量显著增加,可溶性蛋白质含量呈下降趋势。总体而言,外源乙烯不利于番茄在盐胁迫下生长。
The seed germination and seeding growth of tomato under salt stress were inhibited by application of exoethylene, the salt-injury symptoms were accentated. The content of the free proline increased and the content of soluble protein decreased with the level of exogenous ethylene. In general, the exogenous ethylene was disadvantaged to the growth of tomato under salt stress.
