摘要 分析了国内外乳化炸药敏化剂的性能特点和存在的问题,介绍了NL有机微球作为乳化炸药新型敏化剂的技术特点。研究了NL有机微球的含量、敏化温度、混合方式对乳化炸药的密度调节能力和爆炸性能的影响规律,结果表明,当NL添加量为乳胶基质质量的0.35%时,并以1∶2比例同水混合形成浆液,于90~95℃敏化乳胶基质,具有优良的敏化效果,乳化炸药装药密度为1.16 g/cm3,爆速为5 350 m/s,殉爆距离为6 cm,贮存期可达1年。 The characteristics and disadvantages of sensitizers of emulsion explosive at home and abroad were analyzed.Technical characteristics of NL organic microsphere,a new sensitizer of emulsion explosive,were discussed.The influence of content,sensitization temperature,mixing mode of NL organic microsphere on charging density and explosion properties of emulsion explosive was studied.The results obtained are as follows: when the emulsion matrix,with the addition of NL accounting for 0.35%,was sensitized at a temperature of 90~95 ℃ after mixing with water in the ratio of 1∶2,the emulsion explosive has a good sensitization effect,with a charging density of 1.16 g/cm3,explosion velocity of 5 350 m/s,gap distance of 6 cm and one-year-long storage life.
