摘要
根据测量水袋中黑索金装药爆炸冲击波衰减规律,利用黑索金药包水中爆炸产生的水中冲击波作为标准动态压力源,对乳化炸药进行动态加载,考察不同动态压力强度下乳化炸药分散相粒径变化对乳化炸药起爆感度和爆炸性能的影响.研究表明:在外界动态压力作用下,乳化炸药分散相粒径发生变化,随着外界动态压力的增加,乳化炸药分散相粒径增大,乳化炸药的起爆感度和爆炸性能下降,严重时甚至产生拒爆.
Based on the attenuation rule of measuring the shock waves produced by a RDX charge in bag full of water.The RDX charge produced a standard dynamic pressure was used to press the emulsion explosives.Studied the effect of the particle diameters change of emulsion explosives on igniting sensitivity and explosion capability of (emulsion)explosives under different dynamic pressure. The results indicate that the diameters of the dispersive phase particles of emulsion explosives will change under the external dynamic pressure, the dispersive phase particles diameters of the emulsion explosives increase and the igniting sensitivity and explosion capability descend with the increasing external dynamic pressure, even the misfire will happen.
