摘要
利用电导率仪测量了玻璃微球和膨胀珍珠岩两种敏化剂敏化的乳化炸药在动压作用前后的电导率变化情况,用电导率的大小来表征乳化炸药的破乳程度,分析了敏化剂的种类和含量对乳化炸药破乳程度的影响。结果表明,在相同的动压作用下,乳化炸药的电导率随着敏化剂含量的增加而增大,对于相同敏化剂含量的乳化炸药来说,玻璃微球敏化的乳化炸药的电导率小于膨胀珍珠岩敏化的乳化炸药,因此,玻璃微球敏化的乳化炸药的抗动压性能优于膨胀珍珠岩敏化的乳化炸药,适当降低敏化剂的含量,可以降低乳化炸药的破乳程度,提高乳化炸药的抗动压性能。
Using electrical conductivity apparatus,electrical conductivity of emulsion explosive sensitized by two kinds of sensitizing agents was measured under dynamic pressure. Demulsifieation degree of emulsion explosive was denoted by electrical conductivity. Effects of the type and content of sensitizing agent on demulsification degree were analyzed. Experimental results show that the electrical conductivity of emulsion explosive increases with sensitizing agent content under the same dynamic pressure, on the other hand, with the same content of sensitizing agent, the electrical conductivity of emulsion explosive sensitized by glass micro-balloon (GMB) is less than that of sensitized by expanded perlite. So the dynamic pressure resistance ability of emulsion explosive sensitized by GMB is better than that of sensitized by expanded perlite. Reducing sensitizing agent content properly can reduce demulsification of emulsion explosive and improve its dynamic pressure resistance ability.
