摘要
研制的新型乳化器为一级乳化装置,通过采用立式结构、新型乳化腔,增加搅拌齿数量等技术方案,其产能达到3-6 t/h,定转子单边间隙〉4.5mm,最高线速度〈15m/s,转子转速为800-1450 r/m in。使用该乳化器生产的乳化炸药爆速〉5000m/s、猛度〉18mm、殉爆距离为6-8 cm,贮存期可达半年以上。
This new-type emulsifier is first-degree emulsifying equipment,which adopted upright structure,especial cavity,increased stir-tooth etc.,with the industrial capacity achieved 3～6t/h,unilateral clearance of the stator and the rotor bigger than 4.5mm,maximum line velocity slower than 15m/s,and the rotate speed 800~1450r/min.The so-produced emulsion explosive by this emulsifier has the detonation velocity faster than 5000m/s,brisance bigger than 18mm,transmission distance of 6~8cm,and storage life more than half a year.
