摘要 采用NY/T761-2008方法检测蔬菜中18种有机磷农药残留量时,对茄果类、豆类、瓜类、叶菜类、白菜类蔬菜,采用黄瓜空白样品基质与农药储备液按9︰1的比例配制校正标准溶液,可以有效解决基质干扰问题,提高准确性和工作效率,能够满足常规实验室实际检测工作的需要。 When 18 kinds organic phosphorus pesticide residues detected by NY/T 761-2008 method in vegetables, such as eggplants, beans, melons, leafy vegetables and cabbages, this paper study showed that a calibration standard solution, preparation by cucumber blank sample matrix and multiplex pesticides at the ratio of 9:1, could effectively solve the problem of matrix interference, improve accuracy and efficiency, and meet the needs for actual testing work in routine laboratory.
