摘要
目的研究不同浓度的黄酒炮制肉苁蓉后,肉苁蓉通便作用的变化。方法调配黄酒的4个浓度级别(0.0%、4.1%、9.5%、25.1%),分别用以炮制肉苁蓉并煎得提取物,以昆明小鼠为对象,灌胃给予药液后一定时间处死,迅速剖腹取出小肠,测量幽门至回盲部为小肠全长,测量幽门至标记物行进最远处为推进长度,后者除以前者得推进度,通过组间比较标记物推进度讨论肉苁蓉通便作用的变化。结果阳性组及肉苁蓉各组大于正常组(P<0.01);9.5%和25.1%两组均大于0.0%和4.1%两组(P<0.05)。结论在一定范围内,黄酒浓度增加会促进肉苁蓉的通便作用。
Objective To study the variation in laxative action of Cistanche deserticola Y.C.Ma processed by different concentration of yellow wine.Methods Four concentrations of yellow wine were adopted to process Cistanche deserticola Y.C.Ma and their Abstractions were perfused in the stomachs of Kunming mice.Then intestine propulsive motility tests were conducted to discuss the variation in laxative action of Cistanche deserticola Y.C.Ma.Results The propulsion rate of positive group and Cistanche deserticola Y.C.Ma group were all greater than the normal group(P0.01).Group 9.5% and 25.1% were both greater than group 0% and group 4.1%(P0.05,x% refers to the concentration of yellow wine).Conclusion The laxative action of Cistanche deserticola Y.C.Ma is reinforced with the concentration increase of yellow wine within a certain range.
