黄酒是中国传统特色酿造酒,其营养丰富,具有保健养生的价值。黄酒中含有低聚糖、γ-氨基丁酸、酚类、活性肽、维生素、矿物质、有机酸、氨基酸等功能成分,使其具有抗氧化、增强免疫、降血压、保护心血管、改善肠道菌群微生态等生理功效。阐述了黄酒的功能成分和保健功效,为黄酒的功能研究提供一定的参考。
Huangjiu is a traditional Chinese rice wine with rich nutrition and value of health care.Huangjiu contains oligosaccharides,γ-aminobutyric acid,phenols,active peptides,vitamins,minerals,organic acids,amino acids and other functional ingredients,which make it anti-oxidant,enhance immunity,lower blood pressure,protect cardiovascular,improve intestinal flora micro-ecology and other physiological effects.This article discusses the functional components and health benefits of Huangjiu,which provides a certain reference for the research on the function of Huangjiu.
