摘要
针对现有相关领域研究的不足,深入探讨了领导反馈对下属创造力的影响机理。以129名学生为样本,采用实验研究方法,检验了领导反馈效价、反馈风格和下属调节焦点对下属创造力的交互影响。实验结果表明,三向交互作用显著:促进型调节焦点的下属接收到领导促进型风格的成功反馈时,将表现出最高的创造力水平。并总结了主要研究结论、主要贡献及不足之处。
Based on the gap of relative literatures,this paper discussed the effect mechanism of leader's feedback on follower's creativity.Based on a sample of 129 students and by using an experiment method,this paper examined the interactive effects of 3 variables(leader's feedback valence,feedback style,and follower's regulatory focus) on followers' creativity.Results demonstrated that the 3 variables interacted to affect follower's creativity such that followers who had the promotion regulatory focus,and who received leader's success feedback delivered in a promotional style,generated the best creativity.This paper concludes by discussing its main findings,theoretical and practical contributions and the limitations of this study.
