摘要
MRPⅡ与TPS都能有效地降低库存 ,加速资金周转。本文对其进行了系统的比较 ,指出按需准时生产和工业工程是两者的思想基础和技术基础 ,阐明了两者在控制方式、运行机制、对基础数据的要求以及适用范围等方面的不同 ,最后指明了当前我国企业如何向MRPⅡ与TPS寻求借鉴。
Both MRPⅡ and TPS can reduce inventory and speed up fund turnover effectively. This paper offers a systematic comparison of the two, and indicates that just[KG-*2/5]-in[KG-*2/5]-time production and IE are their philosophical and technical foundation. The difference in control patterns, operation mechanism, requirement of basic datum and scope of application are investigated in the paper with the conclusion that Chinese enterprises can learn from MRPⅡ and TPS.
