摘要
分析了目前我国中小型汽车零部件制造企业库存管理工作存在的普遍问题,应用JIT和MRPⅡ两种现代生产管理理论,在JIT/MRPⅡ集成的基础上构建了多阶段集成库存管理体系;将整个企业的库存管理活动分为原材料库存、在制品库存和产成品库存三个阶段,各个阶段库存既相互独立又相互联系,在JIT/MRPⅡ系统的基础上实现集成;处于不同生产阶段的库存,采用不同的库存控制策略。案例研究表明,该体系具有很强的可操作性。
Problems of inventory management in Chinese automobile parts enterprises were analyzed and a multi-stage integration inventory management system was constructed based on MRP/ JIT mixed production management methods. Enterprise-wide inventory management activities were divided into three phases： raw material inventory, work-in-progress inventory, finished product inventory. Each stage of stocks was independent and interrelated. On the basis of JIT/MRP Ⅱ system, the inventory integration for enterprise was carried out. For different types of stocks, different inventory control policies were adopted. Finally with the case study, the system was applied in enterprises, which shows it is an effective approach.
