摘要
针对船体分段建造计划的时空特性和分段投影不规则形状的特点,提出了综合时间和空间的多目标分段建造空间调度优化模型.该模型将船体分段投影抽象为更接近实际形状的不规则多边形,提出分段调度中的悬挂和重叠现象的检验方法和解决方案.设计了具有时空特性的改进粒子群算法,采用均值自适应加权法解决多目标权值分配问题,使目标函数值比例均衡.最后,以船厂实际数据为例进行实验验证.结果表明,所提出的调度方法能有效地提高船舶分段生产效率和空间利用率,并具有较强实用性.
Considering spatiotemporal feature of spatial scheduling in block construction and irregular pro- jection shape of blocks, an optimization model which takes time and space as the optimization objectives was proposed. In order to approach actual situation, blocks are thought as irregular polygons. Interference checking and suspension test are used to avoid the phenomenon of suspension and overlap in spatial schedu- ling. An improved particle swarm optimization method was designed and average adaptive approach was used to determine weights for different optimal goal in the spatial scheduling algorithm. The simulation re- sults validate the effectiveness of the proposed approach, showing that this algorithm can improve the spa- tial utilization and reduce the complete processing time effectively.
