摘要
分析了现代精益造船模式下所要求的船舶分段建造流程以及国内船厂生产计划的制定方式,利用虚拟制造技术,对船舶分段建造计划进行了仿真;构造了仿真模型,基于该模型进行了仿真系统设计;并利用VC语言编制了程序,实现了船舶分段建造计划的仿真。以大连某船厂生产11万吨成品油船的生产计划为实例,进行了仿真计算;经计算,证实了提出的仿真模型和方法实用可行,为船舶分段建造计划的制定和优化提供了一种合适的新方法和手段。
Ship block construction process under modem precise shipbuilding model and the planning method of shipbuilding in China are analyzed and summarized. Virtual manufacturing technology is used to simulate the ship block construction planning. Simulation model is built, based on which a simulation system is designed.Then a program is developed with VC programming language to implement the simulation of ship block construction planning. As an instance, the block construction planning of a 110000 DWT tanker at a shipyard in Dalian is simulated and analyzed. Simulation results show that the simulation model and method is feasible and practical. The research provides a new approach and measure to establish and to optimize the ship block construction plan.
