摘要
针对目前造船行业"精益生产模式"研究中缺少可量化的计划优化模型和工具的问题,通过对"精益生产模式"与先进的"现代造船模式"基本特征的分析和比较,归纳出精益生产模式下的造船计划与生产控制的特征。在此基础上,建立了一种符合精益生产原则的造船生产计划管理流程模型,以及面向精益生产原则的计划优化模型,并针对该计划优化模型给出了求解思路。研究结果为造船企业在精益生产模式下进行计划优化提供了一种精确的可量化方法。
The purpose of the paper is to provide a model and numerical way of planning optimization supporting the implementation of "lean production" at shipyard.By comparing the principles of "Lean production" mode and advanced "modern shipbuilding " mode,the requirements on planning and production control for realizing "lean shipbuilding" are induced.Based on the requirements,an shipbuilding planning process model and an planning optimization model have been established respectively.A solution on solving the optimization issue has been raised at the end of the paper.The study provides a numerical way in supporting of the planning optimization under lean production.
