摘要
为优化生产流程,实现船舶制造分段在时间上有序、空间上分道合理,分析船舶分段的固有属性,构建分段工艺特征数据库,在Tribon中抽取分段几何特征,根据分段堆场现有的信息梳理各个堆场在工艺上的作用和流程上的关系,建立分段生产的标准工艺流程,构建形成船舶分段物流工艺的管理模型。
In order to optimize the shipbuilding process,realize the production orderly in time and space,the inherent attributes of the sub-section of ship were investigated,and the block database of technology characteristics was established. By extracting block’s geometric characteristics in Tribon,the technologicalfunction of each storage yard and the relationship in the process were sorted out,according to the existing information of the sub-section storage yard. Astandard process flow of block production was setup,and the block logistics process management model was established.
