摘要
丙烯酸类聚合物钻井液处理剂吸附基团和水化基团稳定性差,在高矿化度条件下使用受到多方面的限制。研制出一种新型降滤失剂PSA-1,该剂是AMPS/AM/AA三元共聚体的聚合物。经室内评价和现场应用表明,PSA-1降滤失剂热稳定性好,抗盐及抗高价金属离子污染能力强,是一种具有推广应用价值的钻井液处理剂。
A new fluid loss additive PSA-1 was developed for using in high salinity conditions. Laboratory evaluation and field tests were conducted, and results showed its advantages as effective fluid loss control, better thermal stability, salt tolerance and free of calcium contamination.
