摘要
本文结合工程项目实践,对如何加强冷链项目投资风险管理、提高投资控制水平方面的经验进行梳理,形成从项目决策、项目准备到项目实施的风险控制要点总结,并给出降低风险的措施,以期为冷链工程项目管理提供有效的指导。
Combined with the practice of engineering projects,this paper reviews the experience of how to strengthen the risk management of cold chain project investment and improve the level of investment control,to form a summary of the key points of risk control from project decision-making,project preparation to project implementation,and gives measures to reduce the risk,in order to provide effective guidance for the management of cold chain project.
