摘要
目的了解杭州市高血压患者对社区卫生服务中心基本公共卫生服务的满意度及其影响因素。方法自设问卷,采用分层随机抽样的方式,对上城区、下城区、西湖区、江干区、拱墅区、滨江区、萧山区、余杭区共555位高血压患者进行问卷调查,得到的数据录入EpiData3.0,并用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析。结果高血压患者对于社区基本公共卫生服务满意度为62.2%。影响患者对社区基本公共卫生服务机构满意度的因素有职业、医生接待时间以及是否建立健康档案等(P<0.05),在各个选项中,最让患者认为不满意的是社区卫生服务中心的医疗设施不够完善。结论高血压患者对社区卫生服务满意度总体较好,但仍然有些地方不尽如人意,需要不断改进。
Objective To survey the patient satisfaction of community health service in hypertensive patients come from Hangzhou city and then analyze functions of its influencing factors. Methods By random sampling method,a questionnaire survey was conducted in 555 patients with hypertension. The data obtained from EpiData3. 0 database, and use the SPSS17.0 software for statistical analysis. Results The level of hypertensive patient's satisfaction for community health services was 62.2%. Influence factors on patient satisfaction included career, doctors' reception time, health records and so on. Conclusion Hypertensive patients satisfaction for community health service are good, but some parts are not satisfied and need to improve in the future.
