苯酚气相甲基化催化剂单管放大及再生试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 本文叙述了苯酚与甲醇气相催化甲基化合成邻甲酚和 2 ,6-二甲酚催化剂 V2 0 5- Fe2 O3 的单管放大研究 ,选取反应管内径 Φ32 mm,装填催化剂 2 kg,装填高度 2 50 0 mm,在催化剂负荷 90 g- Ph/kg- cat·h,原料配比 Ph OH∶Me OH∶H2 O=1∶ 4∶ 3( mol)条件下 ,催化剂连续运转 2 4 0 0小时 ,催化剂共进行了 4次再生 ,苯酚单程转化率为 62 .2 1 % ,邻甲酚选择性80 .47% ,邻甲酚单程摩尔收率 50 .0 6%。 Bench scale single tube test of V 2O 5 Fe 2O 3 catalyst for gas phase alkylation of phenol and methanol to o cresol and 2,6 dimethyl phenol is described.A reactor tube of 32mm inner diameter is used with packed catalyst amount of 2 kg and packing height of 2500mm.Under condition of catalyst load=90g Ph/kg cat·h and PhOH∶MeOH∶H 2O=1∶4∶3(mol),the catalyst has continuously operated for 2400h with four times of regeneration.Single pass phenol conversion of 62 21%,selectivity to o cresol of 80 47% and single pass o cresol yield of 50 06%(mole) were obtained.
