摘要
目的:考察高原训练这一特殊条件下介入心理干预后游泳运动员心境的变化及其对训练质量的影响。方法:以GD省游泳队4名健将级运动员为研究对象,采用非共时、双基线水平的单被试准实验设计,使用POMS量表和训练质量评估法分别测定运动员上高原前、后,介入干预后,返回平原撤除心理干预4个阶段的心境得分和训练质量得分。2次基线测定结果显示,2名运动员心境得分在上高原后较上高原前变化较大,另外2名运动员基本无变化;3名运动员训练质量得分降低,1名运动员增加。介入心理干预后,4名运动员心境得分均有所降低(改善),训练质量得分均增加。返回平原撤除心理干预后,4名运动员心境得分均有所回升,训练质量得分均降低。结论:高原训练条件下,心理干预介入后游泳运动员训练中的心境有所改善,心境的改善有利于运动员训练质量的提高。
This study aims to examine if psychological intervention could change athletes' mood and then further improve athletes' training quality under the condition of plateau training.The effects of plateau training itself on athletes' mood and training quality were also investigated."Single-subject Research Design" with non-contemporaneity and double baselines was used for the study.Four elite swimming athletes from GD province were enrolled in the study.Their mood and training quality were evaluated during four different phases:prior to plateau training,after plateau training,in the period of plateau training with psychological intervention,and back to plain training without psychological intervention.The results showed that two athletes' POMS scores changed little and the other two changed a lot;one athlete's training quality scores increased and the other three decreased,between two baselines.After psychological intervention,all athletes' POMS scores decreased and their training quality scores increased.When back to plain training circumstance without psychological intervention,all athletes' POMS scores tended to increase and their training quality scores tended to decrease.The results indicate that psychological intervention during plateau training could change athletes' mood,and further influence athletes' training quality with improved mood.
