摘要
民办本科高校开展科学研究,对促进教学质量的提高、师资队伍的建设及学校总体发展有着极其重要的作用。但目前发展中存在着不少突出的困难和制约因素,主要在于得不到上级部门重视、科研管理组织不健全、制度不完善、科研经费不足和人才缺乏等原因。本文指出应该从科研制度建设,加大科研经费投入和人才培养力度等方面着手,提高民办本科高校的科研能力和学术水平。
Private undergraduate colleges and universities carry out scientific research,to promote the improvement of teaching quality,build teacher team and school overall development has an extremely important role.But there are many outstanding difficulties and constraints,mainly due to not attach importance to the higher authorities,scientific research and management organizations are not perfect,imperfect system,lack of research funding and the shortage of talent and other reasons.And pointed out that the construction from the scientific research system,increase research funding and efforts to train personnel and other aspects,improve the research capabilities and academic standards of private undergraduate colleges.
