摘要
独立学院是我国特有的、在特定时期为普及高等教育应运而生的产物,作为改革开放后新型的办学方式,对改善高等院校资源匮乏、提升高等教育普及率和增加高中毕业生进入本科院校学习机会起到了积极的促进作用。独立学院主要由社会资本投入建设,基本上属民办高校性质,其发展时间较短,经验不足,尤其师资队伍科研能力相对较弱。如何提高独立院校教师的科研能力,已成为我国高等教育中一个亟待解决的重要问题。科研能力的培养非一朝一夕之事,而跨学科与建立科研机构是解决教师科研能力,尤其是年轻教师科研能力的重要手段。
The independent colleges are unique products of popularizing higher education in a specific period in China.As a new way of running a school after the reform and opening up,it has played a positive role in improving the scarcity of resources in colleges and universities,promoting the general rate of higher education,and increasing the opportunities for learning in undergraduate colleges and universities.Independent colleges are mainly invested by social capital,which belong to private colleges and universities.Their development is relatively short and they have insufficient experience,especially the scientific research ability of teachers is relatively weak.How to improve the scientific research ability of teachers in independent colleges and universities has become an important problem in China’s higher education.The cultivation of scientific research ability remains to be solved.Interdisciplinary research and the establishment of scientific research institutions play an important role in solving the problem of teachers’scientific research ability,especially promoting young teachers’scientific research ability.
