摘要
目的 探讨胰腺癌中nm2 3表达水平与胰腺癌淋巴结转移、临床分期、神经浸润及预后的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学法对 3 0例胰腺癌中nm2 3表达水平进行研究。结果 胰腺癌中nm2 3的表达率为 46.67% ,明显高于正常胰腺组织 ;胰腺癌中nm2 3的表达水平与胰腺癌淋巴转移 ,临床分期密切相关 (P <0 .0 5、P <0 .0 1) ,与神经浸润无关 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;nm2 3阳性表达组预后明显低于阴性表达组 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论 nm2 3的表达与胰腺癌恶性度及预后相关。
? Objective In order to explore the expression level of nm23 and its relationship with the lymph node metastasis,prognosis and clinical degrees in panceratic carcinoma.Methods The expression level of nm23 gene product was determined in 30 pancreatic carcinoma samples by immunohistochemical methed.Results The positive rate of nm23 expression in pancreatic carcinoma was 46.67%,significantly higher than that in noraml pancreatic tissue.The levels of nm23 expression were related to clinical degree and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05,P<0.01),were not related to nervous infiltration(P>0.05).Prognosis of patients with nm23 positive expression was worse than that with negative expression(P<0.005).Conclusions nm23 expression are related to malignant degree and prognosis of pancreatic carcinoma. 〔
