摘要
根据双摆线转子齿廓生成方式推导其齿廓方程,再由啮合原理推导与之共轭的齿廓.使用UG/Open GRIP模块,在UG环境下开发双摆线转子的自动生成程序.通过离散化齿廓的数学表达式,建立相应的曲线,并且在接口界面中控制和改变参数值,得到用户需要的转子模型.
According to the formation method of cycloid,a rotor profile equation was deduced.Based on the theory of gearing,its conjugate profile can be obtained.UG/Open GRIP was used to generate dual-cycloid rotor automatically.Corresponding curves were built by mathematical expression having discrete feature.To get the desired rotor model,the parameters can be controlled and changed in the control interface.
