摘要
由于机油泵内部流体流动的复杂性,进行数值计算比较困难。对摆线转子式机油泵流场进行仿真分析,得出机油泵流量和压力波动曲线等;并对机油泵进行空化现象预测。仿真结果与理论分析结果相比较,验证了仿真结果的正确性,为机油泵设计提供指导。
Due to the complexity of fluid flowing within oil pump, numerical calculation is difficult. The cycloid rotor oil pump flow field was simulated and the oil pump flow and pressure fluctuation curves were obtained. The oil pump cavitation phenomenon was predicted. Comparing with the theoretical analysis results, the correctness of the simulation results was verified. It provides guide for the oil pump design.
