摘要
根据摆线泵转子间的啮合关系建立了啮合点在各坐标轴中的矢量方程 ,导出了啮合点的速度矢量方程和齿廓相对滑动系数的计算式 ,并以实例作出了运动速度和滑动系数随转子转角的变化曲线 。
Based on the meshing theory and geometry relationship between rotors of cycloidal pump, the position and velocity vector equations of meshing point are given, and the sliding coefficient formula are derived. A example is given to illustrate the relative velocity and slide coefficient curve varying with inner rotor and analyzed and factors that influenced to the slide coefficient.
