摘要
对某市小学四年级到初三年级576名学生(其中流动儿童242名)进行问卷调查,考察其学校适应的特点,并探讨了成就动机、自尊和学校适应的关系.结果表明:①流动儿童的学校适应存在显著的性别差异;②学校适应在流动时间上不存在差异,在家庭经济状况上,只有师生关系存在差异;③成就动机、自尊和学校适应建立回归模型,成就动机、自尊对学校适应的贡献显著;④自尊对学校适应起负性的预测作用,而避免失败对学校适应起积极的预测作用.
Investigaed on the 576(242 migrant children were included)students range from 4 grades of primary school to 9 grades of junior high school in a city,to study the characteristics of the school adaptation and the relationship among achievement,self-esteem and school adaptation.The results indicate that:①there is distinct difference of the gender of the migrant children on the school adaptation;②no difference on the migrant time of the school adaptation,difference exists on the teacher-student relationship from different income condition;③regression is built based on the achievement motivation,self-esteem and school adaptation,achievement motivation and self-esteem have a significant contribution to the school adaptation;④self-esteem predicts the school adaptation negatively,while avoiding failure predicts school adaptation positively.
