摘要
目的：评价显微玻璃体视网膜手术对复杂性眼外伤的治疗价值和效果。方法：复习连续的５８例（５８眼）采用玻璃体切割术等技术治疗的复杂性眼外伤患者的临床资料。结果：出院时，治愈率为７９．３％。其中４３例随访３～２０月，平均１４．８月。末次随访时，痊愈３５眼（８１．４％），视力＞０．０２者２４眼（５５．８％），其中视力≥０．１者１４眼（３０．２％），最佳矫正视力达０．８。结论：玻璃体切割等技术是目前治疗复杂性眼外伤病变最有效的方法。
To evaluate the therapeutic value and effects of micro vitreoretinal surgery for severe ocular injuries.Methods:Clinical records were reviewed on 58 consecutive patients (58 eyes) with severe ocular injuries.Result:The cure rate was 79 3%.43 eyes were followed up 3～20 months,averaging 14.8 months,to find long term therapeutic effects in 35 eyes(81 4%).Final vision was 0 02 or better in 24eyes(55 8%),0 1 or better (up to 0 8)in 14 eyes(30 2%).Conclusions:Micro vitreoretinal surgery is the best effective method for severe ocular injuries.
