摘要
目的:探讨玻璃体视网膜手术治疗儿童复杂性眼外伤的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析经玻璃体视网膜手术治疗的258例儿童复杂性眼外伤的临床资料。结果:功能痊愈196眼(76.0%),解剖痊愈33眼(12.8%),未痊愈29眼(11.2%)。结论:玻璃体视网膜手术是治疗儿童复杂性眼外伤的最佳选择。
AIM： To observe the clinical effect of vitreoretinal surgery as a therapy for severe ocular injuries in juveniles. METHODS： Clinical cases of 258 children diagnosed as severe ocular injuries, who were treated with vitreoretinal surgery, were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS： Totally, 196 eyes （76.0%） were functional recovery, 33 eyes （12.8%） were anatomic recovery, 29 eyes （11.2%） were out of recovery. CONCLUSION： Vitreoretinal surgery is an optimum therapy for severe ocular injuries in juveniles.
