摘要
目的:探讨玻璃体视网膜手术(Vitreoretinal surgery,VRS)治疗复杂性眼外伤临床治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析经玻璃体视网膜手术治疗的74例复杂性眼外伤的临床资料。术后常规回访3～27个月,平均9.5个月。依据Ryam和Allen的标准,对治疗效果进行分级;术前术后对视力变化进行比较。结果:功能痊愈56例(76.0%),解剖痊愈10例(13.5%),未痊愈8例(10.5%);术后患者视力相比术前有显著性提高(P<0.05)。结论:玻璃体视网膜手术是治疗复杂性眼外伤的最佳选择,且伤后尽早行手术治疗,预后效果越好。
Objective To study the vitreous retinal surgery（Vitreoretinal surgery,VRS） treatment of complicated ocular trauma clinical therapeutic effect.Methods A retrospective analysis of the vitreous retinal surgical treatment of 74 cases of patients with complicated ocular trauma clinical material.Results The function recovery of 56 patients（76.0%）,anatomical heal 10 cases（13.5%）,not yet healed 8 cases（10.5%）;Postoperative patients compared with preoperative visual acuity improved significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Vitreous retinal operation treatment is the best choice of the complicated ocular trauma,and after the injury as early as possible do surgical treatment,prognosis,the better the results.
