摘要
随着"90后"们开始步入大学,当代大学生的学生管理工作就显现出诸多新特征,而其中最为突出的就是当代大学生自主独立能力的缺失。学生的被动、自我意识强烈、学习懈怠、功利性强等都为学生工作的管理带来了极大的难度,也直接制约着大学生的个人成才与发展。如何引导并培养大学生的自主独立能力成为了当前大学生管理工作的重点所在。
With the ＂90s＂ have started to enter the university,the management work of contemporary college students haved showed many new features,the most prominent of which is the lack of independence of contemporary college students.Students are passive,strong self-awareness,learning slack,utilitarian and strong and so has taken a great deal of difficulty for the management of student work,and also directly restricts the individual talent and the development of the college students.How to guide and nurture the independent ability of college students has become the focus of the current student work.
