摘要
目的探讨脑血管支架植入术后拔鞘并发症的护理要点。方法回顾分析2010年9～11月,在本院神经内科行脑血管支架植入术后50例拔鞘患者发生并发症情况,并提出针对性的护理对策。结果 11例患者(22.0%)发生拔鞘并发症,其中皮下血肿2例,假性动脉瘤1例,血管迷走神经反射4例,足背动脉搏动消失1例,穿刺点疼痛3例。结论应严格掌握术后拔鞘技巧,拔鞘后密切观察患者病情,及时预防及处理并发症,其对手术成功具有重要意义。
Objective To summarize the main points for nursing the complications from sheath withdrawal after cerebrovascular stent implantation.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the complications from withdrawing sheath in 50 patients after cerebrovascular stent implantation in our hospital during September 2010 to November 2010 to sum up the key nursing points.Results 11 patients（22.0%） contracted such complications from withdrawing sheath as puncture hemorrhage in 2 cases,peripheral pseudoaneurysm in 1 case,vagus nerve reflex in 4 cases,disappearance of dorsalis pedis artery in 1 case,and pain in puncture spot in 3 cases.Conclusions Sheath withdrawal should be done carefully.After withdrawal,we should observe the disease conditions pull methods,nursing the patients carefully can play an important role in preventing complications.
