摘要
目的为了进一步老年心血管疾病患者的治疗效果并减少不良事件的发生几率,分析和探讨在治疗过程中选取健康教育的价值和意义。方法按照随机数字表的方法选取100例于2014年1月—2015年1月来该院就诊的100例老年心血管疾病患者作为研究对象并根据双盲对照的原则将其分为试验组和对照组各50例,所有患者在治疗过程中给予常规护理措施,而观察组则在常规护理措施的基础上给予健康教育指导,比较不同护理措施对患者治疗依从性以及生活质量评分的影响。结果经过研究发现,试验组和对照组患者均取得一定护理疗效,但试验组患者疗效更显著,两组比较差异有统计学意义的(P<0.05)。结论老年心血管疾病患者在治疗过程中应用健康教育指导,不仅能够提高患者治疗效果,而且提高了患者对治疗的依从性,增加了患者的生活质量,值得推广和应用。
Objective To further improve the effectiveness of our hospital in treatment of cardiovascular disease and to reduce the occurrence probability of a variety of adverse events,analysis and discussion of the meaning and value of health education.Methods 100 cases with cardiovascular disease,which admitted in our hospital for surgical treatment during January 2014 – January 2015,were selected as the research object according to random number table method and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the principle of double blind control.All patients were given the routine nursing,and experimental group were given the health education at the same time.The effects of nursing care were compared.Results After comparative study found that the experimental group and the control group were made some nursing curative effect,while the experimental group patients daily life ability raise more prominent,the difference was significant statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Health education in the process of elderly Cardiovascular disease paints＇ postoperative nursing process help to improve the compliance of the patients,increase the quarlity of paients,which is worth promoting.
