摘要
目的探讨团体心理辅导对大学新生职业规划的影响。方法大学新生被随机分为实验组和对照组各16名,实验组接受为期3次的团体辅导活动。3周前后对两组学生采用生涯决策量表和团体单元回馈表进行调查分析。结果①通过t检验,实验组经过团体辅导后在自我信心、生涯目标方面的得分极其显著高于参加团体辅导前(t=4.74,6.216;P<0.001);在自我了解、生涯决策方面的得分显著高于参加团体辅导前(t=4.133,3.261;P<0.01);②通过t检验,经团体心理辅导后的实验组在自我了解程度、自我信心、生涯目标方面极其显著高于对照组(t=-4.152,-5.396,-5.014;P<0.001)。结论团体辅导对大学新生在职业规划的自我了解程度、自信心、生涯目标、生涯决策方面的影响是积极的,并且效果明显;学生主观反馈良好,针对生涯规划的团体辅导受学生欢迎。
Objective To explore the effect of group consultation on university freshmen career planning.Method University freshmen were randomly divided into experimental group(16) and control group(16),the experimental group carried out group counseling for 3 times.After 3 weeks,both groups were used the Career Decision Scale and Groups Feedback Form before and after group counseling.Results ①In experimental group,there were significant differences in self-confidence(t=4.74,P0.001),career goals(t=6.216,P0.001),self-understanding(t=4.133,P0.01)and career decision-making(t=3.261,P0.01)between after and before group counseling;②The scores of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group in self-understanding,self-confidence,career goals(t=-4.152,-5.396,-5.014;P0.001).Conclusion The effects of group counseling on university freshmen self-understanding,self-confidence,career goals,career decision-making are positive and effective,Students' subjective feedback is well,group counseling for career planning is welcomed by students.
